I tried another email that is not used on my IG. I made a demo of the Premium but am not able to launch that because when I go to do the phone verification it returns a technical error.
It’s surprising with a PRT account already I can’t upgrade to a higher level PRT account on the PRT website with it tied to a broker. Is there any paper options or could technical upgrade the account? Please advice on the next course of action I need to take.
