Even just a message on the splash screen at the start-up would have been useful.

I strongly agree, and if this could have been displayed over a few days prior then we would not be moaning!?

But it isn’t surprising we have been left in the dark again? Isn’t this just another example of the need for big improvements needed in PRT to user base communications and  customer service generally?
