Isn’t this just another example of the need for big improvements needed in PRT to user base communications and customer service generally?
Sounds like you are just the man for the job! I’m sure Nicolas could get you an application form. How’s your French for the interview stage? I would put myself forward but I have worked on the front line in customer service before – never again! Plus my French c’est un peu mauvais.
