If no data exists, then it should not be counted, as simple as that. For this reason, on many other platforms, when no data is sent from the market, no candlesticks are drawn. On PRT, we still decide to advance the time on the scale, but we do not plot the candlestick.

One must resonate as a real candlestick, and not as a passing time when considering a calculation over a given period. This is the conclusion of the “problem” raised by Etienne.
