Hi @GraHal, Thanks for the help. At the moment the best way I can spend my time whilst in this current situation is to keep busy and keep researching auto trading. Also bear in mind, it’s not the money that bothers me, it’s the non existent technical support from IG and the non fixing solutions offered (if at all) from PRT.
Interesting tip, I do have a lot of non running systems and quite a few live systems, I’m testing mainly John Ehler’s and Cynthia Kase indicators presently. So you’re saying this could help, okay I will delete, anything to make this platform reliable although tbh, it’s been very frustrating and knocked my confidence and I wonder about putting any significant amount of money with PRT now, which is a pity as there is so much to commend them on. I have already started demo accounts at other brokers like Saxo bank. I feel I have sunk so much time into PRT, so to leave will put me back a long time on the coding side of things. I used to trade up to about 5 lots (£50/tick) / day, that can be stressful enough, but having technical bugs and limited/timely support doesn’t sound like a winning recipe… Maybe it’ll be different if I’m live? If anyone at PRT or @Jakub reads this I’d be interested in getting your feedback?
Cheers
Bard
