What did you do to help your health and get on top of the work situation @GraHal? I think I’m now there as far as health and sleep (concentration at certain times) is concerned. I’ve officially been a carer for the last few years, but this year has been tough on every level… the only silver lining is that I took a few banks to arbitration aeons ago and after years and years of pursuing them I finally beat the last remaining hold out. Now I’d recommend anyone, who doesn’t truly understand the nature of the City of London (a private City State, like Washington DC and the Vatican City) and it’s (criminal) influence within the UK, US and worldwide to investigate them.
