Yes the code in the screenshot worked just fine! It then, upon logging in the next time, becomes this scrambled nonsense that I copied and pasted… I feel it is due to PRT or my account as I have no other issues with software on this (less than one year) old Macbook Pro.

IG will no longer support me due to low trading volume as I’ve had to take a break from trading despite the fact I’m paying £360/yr equivalent in fees.

Is there someone at PRT that has a direct email that you could recommend that I contact?
