Hi,
We are dependant from IG ordering service. Sometimes they are not answering our order requests with a direct impact for client.
- Stretegy places an order;
- IG does not responde after 10 attempts. The order status becomes REJECTED;
- Strategy is stopped.
To avoid this issue we have extended the order placing from 1 to 10 seconds however we can’t do much more then this as it is an IG “issue”.

Same problems IG told me today is a Pro Real Time Problems :S (i know is not true)
