Alarm Setting For RSI

Hi, I have set a simple alarm to trigger when RSI reaches 70 and for it to notify me via email when I’m away from my desk. My questions are……… will the alarm only work with my PC on or can I switch my PC off and wait for an email notification? will the alarm work continuously notifying me until I disable it? is there another more effective/efficient way of getting notified other than email? It will also work offline and until your removed the alerts from the platform.

You can get alerts through SMS too.

Aha, many thanks.

I only use the basic PRT with IG and it only allows email.

I think the SMS is premium or something.
