The conditions for opening positions may not be met, depending on the code.
If you want to check this, you can send ProRealTime a technical report by following these instructions:
- As soon as you encounter the issue, go to the “Help” menu on the ProRealTime toolbar.
- Click on “Technical support”
- Select “Code”
- In the “Concerned code” field, enter the name of the code related to your problem.
- Give as many details as possible: instrument, time frame, date and time where you think the system should have sent an order as the conditions were met, for example
- Click “Send report”
This will allow ProRealTime to run a diagnostic analysis of the issue.
