I’m experiencing an issue where I receive the error message “Automatic trading is not authorized for this instrument” for all stocks and ETFs I try to trade. Since this occurs across all instruments, it doesn’t appear to be limited to specific markets or products. With the Demo account I am able to execute Automatic Trading strategies. I have this issue only in Live account. In IG settings I have enabled ProOrder trading. Can someone help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

They said that automatic trading is already activated and everything looks from their end. They were however not sure if the problem could be in ProRealTime. That is why I wanted to check with experienced people who already have a working setup. Maybe I am not aware of some precondition that needs to be satisfied for authorizing instruments for Automatic trading. I hope someone is able to give some hints.
Btw, How can I verify if I have a “Pro-AMF” rating?

Check that you have enabled Live Account Automatic Trading as shown at yellow arrowhead on attached (yours will be CFD Account, not Spread Bet)

Problem is only in my live account from the beginning. I just keep getting this error message when I try to start an automatic strategy in ProOrder: “Automatic trading is not authorized for this instrument”.
Have you funded your Live Account? – Yes, I first tested everything in my demo account – it worked. Then I added funds in my live account and tried. But I cannot start an automatic strategy in ProOrder.
