I am running some Backtesting and would like to compare the results of running against several instruments (UK Shares). I have noticed in the past that I have been able to get the “Optimizer Report” panel to simultaneously display the results of different Shares – and to even store and display backtesting results (i.e. ALL results for the different combination of variables) – with each share being displayed with a small “+” sign next to it, which allowed me to open up the whole set of results for that share.
However – I cannot now reproduce this behaviour at all. At the time it happened, I tried several different ways of getting to the same info – and at last managed it – but now I can’t reproduce it at all. All I am able to do, is to run the backtest for ONE share, and save the Optimizer Report results to excel for later analysis – which makes testing several shares quite tedious.
Anyone know how to get the optimizer results panel to display more than one Share? Right now, I can’t even get the optimizer results panel to display the backtesting results for different shares using the SAME combination of variables.
