Breakout Strategy

Hello, Are there existing breakout strategies that I could use? I am looking for stocks breakout out of ATH on strong volume. Can ProRealTime do this? If I want this be done for 40-50 ticklers per week, I understand I’ll have to set up a separate strategy for each of those tickler? Would this involve using the ProScreener tool? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
