Buy and Sell window disappears

Hi After I run my Pro screener and scroll through the results the window with all the Buy/Sell/Stop/Limit etc options disappears on most of the charts. It re-appears on a few charts and is always present when scrolling through the pre-set lists. Any suggestions on why this so and how to fix it will be appreciated.
