I was just kicked out (20 minutes ago) and can’t log in again with the message you see below, meaning : “your session has been aborted because you started a new session of the platform”.
Mind you, for me this is about the IB version / accounts I have. Ig I just could (re-)start.
This all happens since I saw something odd happening like being detached from the broker. So I was running the platform in all accounts, but restarted all. The IB accounts now won’t restart with the message below. IG seems to be OK.
IB herself (TWS) is just up and running.Mary, I don’t see this as the same issue you have (merely something local), but mention it anyway because it is something I have never seen.
10/05/2023 at 11:25 PM #222078Yes still can not log in still, been trying for about 2 hours. Keep getting timed out, no way to get charts to open up for Complete 12 Version. Also getting the same message: “your session has been aborted because you started a new session of the platform”. I have nothing opened, so I know I don’t have any session opened. Never seen this before! We DO HAVE the same problem!
I hope they see this message and fix it. I also emailed support, so far no response.
