I have a new system that was stopped on its first order attempt. The warning icon in pro-order instructed me to go the the order list and click on the “Cancelled/Rejected” tab and click on the warning icon next to the rejected order to see the reason why the order stop, resulted in the system being stopped. However, having gone to the order list, there are no orders listed (cancelled or otherwise) and I cannot see a “Cancelled/Rejected” tab. So I still don’t know why an order was rejected or why the system got stopped. Any advice appreciated.
