Am I missing a trick / a setting here? I’ve just sent below to IG / PRT.
Is it possible to toggle on / off Automatic Strategy Orders (Bots) from showing on the PRT Platform please? If one is manual trading or working on a backtest the Bot Orders just get in the way.
I am trying to see if the Short Trade was triggered correctly, but as you can see (screen shot below) the ‘short trigger bar’ is covered by already trading BOT Orders.
If there is no toggle on / off then can this be put forward as an idea for the next release please?
01/05/2017 at 1:26 PM #19916Aha! As usual with me, when I ask a question I hunt further for an answer.
There is a Toggle (see screen shot below) but it needs to be a double Toggle, 2nd option without any further conditions attached.
I had noticed that Toggle when first using the Platform, but its easy to forget / not look again when we become more familiar.
I’ver asked IG / PRT for a 2nd Toggle with no conditions.
Thanks for Listening … it helped me to help myself! 🙂
GraHal01/05/2017 at 3:22 PM #19936Hahah ohh the joy of not having the posibility to edit own post after 2 min…. Ive done this sooo many times 😀
01/05/2017 at 7:04 PM #19954Yeah me too Kasper 🙂 Able to Edit for 24 hours would be good? How about it Nicolas?
IG got back to me already and I thought even more about it! 🙂 So I’ve now asked for a 2nd Check Box with a Condition …
Do Not Show Automatic Trading Positions and Pending Orders.
When manual trading I don’t want to see Automatic Positions as it often means a few seconds delay in finding the manual position. Also the manual ‘Stop and Limit Option’ is hidden by Automatic Positions all stacked on top of one another.
Cheers
