This thread will never replace the ticker support system of the platform. Personal assistance of a platform/trading issue are made via tickets.
Just like any other thread of prorealcode’s forums, this one is to be considered as a ‘knowledge base’ about prorealtime, opened to anyone willing to make it better (in your own words if I remember correctly 🙂 )

04/05/2017 at 11:42 AM #31103Might I make a suggestion … in addition to recording ideas for improvements on this Thread (central knowledge base) that we also complete the PRT Form below.
PRT will have a formal monitoring procedure and will follow-up on Ideas recorded on their own Contact Form.
When adding a ‘Don’t Like’, let’s also add a ‘Like‘ to boost PRT Developer morale?
I’m finding all my old ones and sending to PRT via the Form; so easy … copy & paste what we record here, add name and email.

select a variable- right click and select the Graph function- It should automatic create a graph line with the variable at the end of the code.
Cheers Kasper

04/19/2017 at 1:13 PM #32592Oh yes, that’s a very good one ! Thank you Eric !
04/25/2017 at 9:04 PM #33403One improvement suggestion I have for the detail report would be to have multiple selections for the Instrument dropdown. It would be nice to have the ability to see e.g. return across all forex pairs rather than only being able to see the performance for only one pair at a time.

04/25/2017 at 10:01 PM #33408I agree AS … it’s yet another PRT Screen (Detail Report) that stops short of being useful for any meaningful analysis? Another ‘now you see it now you don’t’ screen that requires you to take notes or screen shots of the Overveiw for comparison against other instruments!
If the data could be viewed in columns and exported to excel we could do some useful pivot tables or charts showing which instrument / markets we are getting best performance at trading.
Or even filters on columns (like excel) so we can select whatever combination we like and view direct in PRT.
That overview format might look nice but it has limited usefulness for performance comparison?

https://www.prorealtime.com/en/contact?suggestion=1
I get an email back from PRT saying that the suggestion has been passed to the Dev Team for consideration.
