fix % change in PRT lists

  It seems that the PRT  lists’ % CHG is calculated relative to 00:00 GMT open, which looks weird. Is there any option to make it to show the % change in my list relative to the previous day’s close ?

  Initially, this is due to the use of CFDs, which are traded 24 hours a day…

  Because of this, it’s a logical step to use midnight as the reference point…
  As far as I know this cannot be changed in PRT…
  However, you could create an algorithm for each market that calculates the correct percentage change using custom time settings…
