Hi , I requested that IG transfer my account to PRT which they have now done but I don’t have any instructions as what to do now.
Is my user name and account number still the same , do I download PRT v11 from the website and log ion that way

Try it and use old User and Pass then you will know if it works?I think you may be the first to have done the transfer ?

No PRT v11 available for any IG or sponsored clients yet..

Not from IG website. I downloaded it from here https://www.prorealtime.com/en/faq/start_prorealtime
When I started it, it takes me to https://www.prorealtime.com/en/login?launcher=1
My existing IG username / password or email / password combination are unrecognised
To further explain, I receive an email from IG to confirm that ….
We have updated your account to reflect that you were introduced to us by ProRealTime SAS .
We may share with ProRealTime SAS a percentage of the IG dealing commission, spread or funding that you pay us, to reflect the services they provide you.
You’ll receive a monthly breakdown of these payments via email, and you can find out more on our website. Please contact us if you would like further details of these arrangements.
We may also share certain data regarding your account, including transactions and account details, with ProRealTime SAS . Please advise us in writing if you do not wish this data to be shared.08/01/2020 at 4:07 AM #140584Is there anyone here from PRT that can respond this, I am not particularly happy with their service, I have been playing email tennis with PRT customer support who simply can’t or won’t who read the IG email attachment I sent them. I don’t know how much cleaner I can make this !
IG have updated their records to show that I was been introduced to IG by PRT and thus PRT will now be receiving a portion of the commissions and the spread.
PRT customer service said its not available for existing IG customers. Its like they don’t read the email
It it completely pointless shutting down my IG account and opening up the exact same one via PRT just to end up in the exact same position! Can PRT use a bit of common sense here? You ARE receiving the portion of the commission as if PRT introduced me to IG.

“I write to request that my IG account, account number <XXXXX> is to be treated as an account introduced by Pro Real Time. I understand and agree that in making this request, a portion of the spread/funding/commission applied to my account will be paid to Pro Real Time and I am aware that the charges on my account will remain the same under this agreement. I am aware that should I require further details of the rates applied to my account and the portion of the spread/funding/commission paid to Pro Real Time, I can request this from IG. If Yes, then is there an option to say you have forgotten username and password?
I sympathise with your plight re IG / PRT CS … I’ve been there and I know how bad, helpless and frustrated you are feeling!

I apologize for the late answer.
As Nicolas stated above, the update you refer to corresponds to the fact that your IG account is now sponsored by ProRealTime.
As before, you can launch ProRealTime from the dashboard of your account on IG’s website. Version 11 is however not available yet for IG clients (sponsored or not).
