Convert old Mq4 indicator (pre-600 build)

Hi, Please convert this older Guppy GMMA indicator so that it will work with the latest MT4 build. I have also attached an EA (Guppy CBL) that depends on this GMMA. Thanks in advance guys..!!!! John
