Thanks, that’s the best way to go, we move threads from one forum to another only if it was posted in the wrong place to start with, but not when it was posted in the right place and then later on the conversation evolved towards asking for platform support by PRT staff, in such a case a new platform support thread summarising the arisen issue + link to original thread is more appropriate, providing of course it respects the platform support forum extra rules (described at top of forum page by clicking on the “learn more” button). You did the right thing.
