    Hello all,

I’m no coder, so I was hoping someone here could help or provide the code if it already exists.  The alert on prorealtime comes with a feature that allows you to auto-enter the trade when the alert goes off.  Which is nice.  I usually like to enter a trade once the candlestick has opened below or above (depending on if placing a trade with or against the market) the horizontal line that I place.  The only issue I have with this is that the stop and limit travel with the price before the trade is entered.  So I can only place a stop at an amount of £ away or a number of pips from the entry point.   I want to be able to place the stop and limit at a price level, so no matter where the trade is placed, the stop/limit stays put.  What I was hoping for is a feature or a code that does the following:

    1. A line was placed on top of a 1-hour candlestick to be ready to enter a buy.
    2. An alert was set to alert me and place a trade after a 5 min candlestick has opened above that line.
    3. Within the settings of that alert, the line was placed at £46 of the asset’s price, but the entry was set at what ever the 5 min candle stick opened above the line.  The stop loss was set at £41 (Not set at £5 away or # of pips away).  The limit was set at £55 (Not set at £9 away or # of pips away).  I would also set an amount I am willing to risk.  Let’s say £50.
    4. if the 5 min candlestick was opened at £46.8, it would enter at £46.8, but keep the stop loss at £41, not bring it to £41.8.
    5. The QTY is calculated by taking the amount I am willing to risk, in this case, £50, and the pips between the entry point and stop loss.
    6. I would have the option to auto exit the trade, or cancel an unopened alert trade by inputted date and time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  It would make things a lot easier for me.  Thank you in advance.

Strategies cannot interact with objects on a chart and alarms.
