Cross Under VWAP

Hello, The problem is I cannot seem to find how to program anything with VWAP. Can someone provide a cod that buys when: 13 EMA cross under VWAP 150 intraday CCI less than 100 Stochastic below 80 Heikin Ashi less than 13EMA Appreciate any help on this. Thanks Tony

Hello,
