Is there any scanner that sends you an alert you when the stock is getting close(offset as an eg. 2 or 5%) to either Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or a combination of these pivots respectively ? For instance, M = monthly, Q = quarterly Stock Price Type X 52 W Y 10 M,Q
