    Hi there,

    something that’s just happened to me. I’m using a daily demo account, not the online one but the platform you download and run from your computer. It seems to be locking up, taking all of the computer’s CPU and RAM when I open it, and just stalling the computer, until I have to ctrl+alt+del and shut PRT down, and it striggles to go through that process too. I’ve only got a couple of web browser apps open, and that’s it. This is the first time this has happened, have run it for over a year and this is the first problem I’ve had. Have tried restarting, uninstalling, reinstalling, still the same problem.

    Not sure what to do, hope this stops and I can get back to normal.
