  Hello Jonas,

  Our platform allows you to send an email notification when a trading system stops however you can use the alerts provided by IG in order to get the trade confirmations.

  In order to set them up, please perform the following:

  • MyIG;
  • Settings;
  • Communication preferences;
  • Prices & Dealings.

  Hello,

  I have checked my demo account and I received 2 email notifications (open/close) with a 6 minutes delay.

  Have you checked if the email address is correctly linked to your account and the push notifcation option as well (you need to install the IG app)?

  I suggest sending an email directly to IG in order to check if everything is working properly with Demo notifications on your Demo account.
