Maybe my answer come too late. Quantity of available data on 1 M for this instrument may depend on the time frame chosen, but generally you can access to enough data to execute backtests.
In any case, you can also contact ProRealTime in you have any technical question about the platform. To do so:
- As soon as you encounter the issue, go to the “Help” menu on the ProRealTime toolbar.
- Please assure that the window concerned by this issue is open.
- Click on “Help center”, then on “I have a technical problem”
- Choose the category
- Select the concerned window of the impacted instrument in the drop-down menu.
- Giving as much detail as possible, explain the issue you are having in the text box.
- Click “Send report”
This will send a report containing technical information concerning your platform, which will allow ProRealTime team to run a diagnostic analysis.
