Flag use on multiple time-frames

Good morning from Northern Ireland, UK. I have a coding question which hopefully someone can help me with. I would like to know if it is possible to create a flag on a higher timeframe that can be read again on a lower timeframe, without defining the variables both timeframes (which is allowed)? For example, the loop could check for a moving average crossover on the higher timeframe, mark it with a flag, then wait for an RSI crossover on the lower timeframe as the entry signal. The loop is then started again. Kind Regards J

All variables can be read globally, in any TF.

They can only be assigned values in ONE timeframe.
