I would like to admit that I am also interested in these formations. For a little more understanding I have attached another picture.
To program the “Short at FTR” or to build a screener is far beyond my knowledge, maybe also the programming capabilities of v11.1

If we can’t do above then how do we expect our wizard coders to code it. They may spend hours coding and then we say … oh no, sorry, that is not what we meant and it’s not what we want?
Can we do it a step at a time? For example …
- A lowest[n]low[1] then by an HH and an HL which is after all an FTR?
