Getting Value of another instrument in chart

  Hi,

  Assuming I am on NAS chart and I want to use some values from VIX (e.g. its yesterday close) in order to perform some calculations. Is it possible to do it? I went through all functions one by one but I couldn’t find it.

  Not possible with custom code. However you can use spread chart in order to create a composite chart of 2 instruments and then apply a custom code on it like any other chart.

  I am on IG PRT 11.1 version but I don’t see Spreads option under Display.

  Sorry, it has just changed its name to be inline with the next version of this module coming in v12. Now the name is “calculated instruments“.
