Hi All,
Would greatly appreciate help finding a VWAP indicator that actually works. Ie one the shows the upper, middle and lower bands.
I have seen a lot of traders use this in TDAmeritrade with a fair bit of success. I have tried all the ones in the platform and the ones in the library and they don’t generate anything that looks like the TDAmeritrade ones. ie they don’t look like these examples:

or refer to attached snapshot.
Thanks,
Jared

You can also try one of the coded versions available by following the VWAP tags:

VWAP needs volumes to calculate, so be sure the instrument have volumes!

It just doesnt seem to work well? See attached screen capture. See how it bunches up now and then? The TD Ameritrade one doesnt seem to do this (refer original attachment screenshot).
Do you know of one that will work like the TD ameritrade one or a way i can make this one look/behave the same without it bunching?
Thanks,
Jared

If you want VWAP of longer period, adjust the calculation period in the settings of the indicator.
You can also try VWAP of different time horizon such as the weekly, monthly and yearly ones: VWAP Weekly Monthly & Yearly

Attached is a picture of an intraday VWAP applied to a TSLA chart, like in your example.
