xayebax582 is correct. That is, I too would not know how to change the langue for my PRT-IG account. And it can not be done from within PRT itself.
For a PRT-IB account it works like this: See mouse arrow in the attachment;
This is from the main browser screen in advance of starting PRT-IB. Note: This is the browser screen Roberto directed you to, but for us with an PRT-IB account, that browser screen will not change the language for PRT itself. That (thus) goes by clicking the flag which a. changes the language of the browser screen and b. changes the language ot the PRT-IB platform when launched).Since I myself don’t want to work in Dutch (looking for a solution too), I will try to find out whether it is possible after all, somehow.

And the most annoying thing is is that PRT is sending me to my broker and my broker said “i dont know”
Looks like a government agency sending you from the closet to the wall and back..05/13/2021 at 8:48 PM #169630For IG you need to apply for an international account. then it can be fixed. After few hours of trying to talk with technical staff of IG someone knew how to fix this.. Platform is now in English BUT the latent gain and gain today is in POUND not in Euro while Portfolio is in EURO??????

If so, this is a setting and *that* can be changed. But careful, in case they changed your EUR to GBP and now it needs to change back, IG will charge you for the transfer costs (and they may have done so on the way from EUR to GBP – which in itself happened accidentally).

I meant to say : Maybe the Portfolio is now in GBP indeed ?
05/14/2021 at 4:43 PM #169704Its unfinished work with conversion. Tech team needs to fix it but they probably wont.
