My Australia IG account cannot connect to PRT after transfer to international on last week end, I inform IG helpdesk and they seem cannot solve this issue and told me I am not access PRT yet, but on IG platform, it clearly show I am accessed, and no luck even though I stop it and re-access again.
All live strategies still can take trade today, and just received IG notice as below:
“Sorry to hear about your issues. We are aware of an issue that affects accounts that are recently transferred to IG International that are not able to access PRT. We are looking into the issue and will resolve this asap.”
