IG Closes my systems on the weekends.

This is a simple problem, which hopefully can be fixed. My automated systems gets shut down on weekends, is there any way to prevent this? The systems should be valid for a long time forward, so fixing to validity date doesn’t fix this problem. Thanks!

Hi Gustaf,

What message does Pro Real Time give you for the System shutting down ? If you go into order list, does it say the what caused the open positions to be closed / system to be stop running ?

Hi! And thank you for your response.

My order list history is to short, so I can’t see what happened.

This exact thing, that the systems shut off, happened the previous weekend also. So all the data on the trades that the system has executed live disappears.

PRT gave me no message whatsoever before/after the systems were shut down.

When open proorder you can see what systems are running and what system are stopped just move the cursor on the system that has stopped and you should get some info why?
