IG Protrader not executing automated trading

Can anyone help, I use IG protrader automated trading. Instead of executing a trade, it merely voices alert triggered. I do not use the alert feature.

Sorry but I’m not sure what is IG protrader? As far as I know there is no automated trading capabilities in IG app. You need a ProRealTime trading platform connected with IG in order to execute orders automatically.
