Hi, is it possible to add two different values of data in an indicator – where both has its own y-axis value, like in excel.

If indicator x has y-values of around 10,15,9,16,20,7 and indicator y has y-values of 200 000, 800 000, 5 000 000, 400 000….. i want these to be displayed on top of eachother, and best way for this is seperate y-axis.

Is this possible? Or how do you solve this problem? What formula do you use to get them to same level?

    Thanks

There is no such automatic scaling I’m afraid. You could normalize the 2 indicators values to the same scale on a percentage basis for example.

This solution is simple if they are bounded, but a bit more tricky if they are not.

How do i “normalize the 2 indicators values to the same scale on a percentage basis for example.”? I noticed that the option don’t exist in the chart panel properties with my two indicators. But yes it does exist in the price tool.

Yes exactly, before i have used a count function to get them to the same scale, the problem i have tho, is that the %change on each dissapears, it only counts if it was up/down from before.. and not how much, which in my case is crucial.

Please share their codes to make changes accordingly to their normalisation. Otherwise it would be difficult to explain the “how-to”! 🙂
