Indicator Search only takes 2 Letters

Hi there,

Is there a reason why the indicator search field only takes 2 letters at a time and then you have to place your cursor back in the search field to write more letters? It does this most of hte time I sue search. Is it an ethernet / broadband speed connection issue? Pls see screenshot:

Yes it happens also a lot for me, the text field loose the focus..

Very annoying for me too!

Perhaps we should have a topic dedicated just to minor user bugs that really annoy us?

My top three would be:
- Drawdown amount not filled out on backtest report.
- Difficulty grabbing and dragging chart edges to change the size.
- ….and this search box bug!

It’s a brilliant platform with a high degree of attention to detail which is why it’s surprising to have these little bugs. For point #2 I’d replace it with trying to resize indicator panes, that or not having enough space to write/save descriptive names for auto trading systems.

My number 2 was the same as your resizing indicator panes. Your having to use very short strategy and indicator names needs to be number 4 definitely!
