Is there a long-Term Support & Resistance in forex or stocks algorithm

  I’m looking for an algorithm, or a study to get historic, major, long-Term Support & Resistance for any supplied forex or stocks ticker.
  If possible it will tell their level of strength (strong, medium…).

  Example

  EURUSD Long-Term Support & Resistance
