Hi,
I have been on this website since the beginning
I tried a lot of bots in marketplace, free, ….
I never have earned a lot of money : one year in +, one year in –
Several bots in marketplace were scam or copies of other (free or not) bots
I am still waitng for a rentable bot (including the rental price) when we trade small sizes (1 or 2 contracts)
In many cases after 6 months or 1 year, you earned whith you payed for the bot, in this cas, the vendor, the broker and PRT are happy, and not me
Other bots are outdated or don’t match with the market at the beginning of their appearance in prorealmarket….
In my opinion, the single bot who was very profitable, was the Reiner’s Pathfinder family (HK above all)
Hi Reb.
Thank you for sharing your experience.
We understand your frustration with the marketplace and the difficulties in finding profitable bots. Over time, we’ve seen similar issues with bots being scams, copies, or not adapting well to market changes.
We’ve proven our bots’ performance over time, but selling algorithms on the marketplace has been challenging. Despite our continued presence here, we are considering focusing solely on our website, where 99% of our sales currently happen. We do offer free trial periods here, but unfortunately, very few users take advantage of this opportunity.
Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to continue providing value through our offerings.
We attach Gross performance for all our algos and result of our 2 wallstreet algos. All with 1 contract

Because of the bots and because of the renting of the bots… So it’s a customer-driven development. Do you see why people don’t trust the marketplace?
07/06/2024 at 2:16 PM #234841In reality, if you had rented the 8 bots you would have been earning around €8,000 net.
The 4 failed bots lost about €1,500 between them, plus the rentals, we assume a loss of about €2,000.
These 4 bots are deleted from the Marketplace for pure ethics.
We assume that they have not won and are not going to win from now on.
This is what other providers should do, however, most keep their losing bots on the Marketplace, we could consider it to be another scam. However, with the 4 bots with good results you would be earning about €10,000 net right now.
Minus the €2000 in losses from the other 4 bots, you would effectively be earning €8000 net.Furthermore, as we have always said, the first and second year is when they earn the least due to money management… that is, we soon expect exponential growth in profits.
07/06/2024 at 2:48 PM #234844It doesn’t make it any more believable these kinds of messages from MP sellers…
So, the bottom line is that, if you had rented the four loss-making bots, you would now be 2000 euros poorer, how can this improve trust in the MP…?
(“we soon expect exponential growth in profits”, I expect nice weather soon…)
The problem lies in the admission, if it were stated that you are only allowed to sell bots with a (demonstrable) positive return over, for example, the last 12 months, then many bots would already drop out…
A missed opportunity, because an MP without confidence is indeed doomed…
07/06/2024 at 3:17 PM #234845I think there is a part of the previous post that you have not understood.
The 4 bots that have lost around €2000 including rent are deleted from the Marketplace.
But the other 4 bots with profits and that can be rented currently earn about €10,000 net.
It is in these bots where we expect profits to be exponential soon, due to money manage
ment.
07/06/2024 at 3:43 PM #234847I completely understand, the bots that are currently performing well are allowed to stay and the expectation is that these bots will yield exponential profits, and the bots that are not performing well will drop out… (unfortunately for the people who rented these bots and lost money)…
07/06/2024 at 5:06 PM #234852That’s right.
However, they would have lost, let’s say, €500 per bot on average between losses and rent if they had operated with them until now, and this has not been the case.
Our clients have rented these bots for 3 or 6 months at most.
Therefore, the economic loss has been very low or non-existent, in any case ridiculous.
Surely they lose much more in their usual stock market operations, don’t doubt it.
07/06/2024 at 5:11 PM #234853All Marketplace bots should have had a trial period of at least one year.
A month-long test proves absolutely nothing.
We warned the Marketplace from the beginning and they ignored us, now the Marketplace is dead.
The Marketplace was in a big hurry to make money it seems.
07/06/2024 at 6:06 PM #234858Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback on the performance of the ProRealCode Marketplace.
We understand that you are concerned about the sales performance and believe that the marketplace could benefit from longer trial periods. While we appreciate your input, there are several points we would like to address to provide clarity and context.
1. Performance of the Marketplace: The ProRealCode Marketplace is committed to providing a fair and competitive platform for all vendors. The visibility and sales of products depend on various factors, including product quality, presentation, and market demand. We continuously strive to enhance the marketplace to benefit both vendors and customers.
2. Trial Period Duration: Regarding your suggestion of a one-year trial period, it’s important to balance between providing adequate trial experiences and protecting the interests of our vendors. Long trial periods can lead to misuse and reduce the incentive for customers to make a purchase. Currently, vendors have the flexibility to set trial periods that they feel are appropriate for their products.
3. Pricing Strategy: It’s important to consider that products sold for as little as €1 might not be taken seriously in a commercial environment. Such pricing can undermine the perceived value and effectiveness of the product, leading to poor sales performance. Successful vendors on the platform often sell high-quality algorithms at higher prices, reflecting the value and sophistication of their offerings.
4. Vendor Presentation: The marketplace has seen numerous vendors achieve significant sales success by offering high-quality, well-presented products. Performance of the ProRealCode Marketplace has been consistently strong over the years, driven by a combination of innovative products, effective communication, and the professionalism of the vendors. It’s also crucial to note that the branding and naming of the vendor can impact customer perception. For instance, using a name derived from a sci-fi movie might deter serious potential clients, affecting your sales.
5. Addressing Scam Concerns: If a user believes a product to be a scam, they can indeed report it by sending an email to market@prorealcode.com. We take such reports seriously and will investigate and take appropriate measures if necessary. The platform operates under strict compliance with EU laws to protect users and maintain a secure environment.
6. Compliance with EU Regulations: The ProRealCode Marketplace is fully compliant with EU regulations designed to protect users from fraudulent activities. We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant laws to ensure user safety and data security. Our privacy policy outlines our commitment to these standards (see PRCM Privacy Policy).
We value your contributions and are committed to working with all vendors to improve the marketplace. If you have specific suggestions or require assistance in enhancing your product listings, please do not hesitate to reach out on the marketplace email.
Have a good weekend.
07/06/2024 at 6:49 PM #234862I highly doubt that the client pays too much attention to the name of the company or product name, in fact, the vast majority of them surely do not know what “Skynet” or “Nexus” is, they would not know how to link those names to science fiction movies.
Regarding the price of the product, they are not sold for €100, or €50, or €10, or anything… not even in the trial period.
The same thing happens to NordicAlgos as mentioned.
We see the visits, and they are only one or two people a day, and many days no visits.
And yes, we choose the trial period, but the maximum is one month… and in a month no one proves anything.
Regarding scams…
As you know, obviously, it is very easy to manipulate the code to hide losing operations and show an unrealistic backtest, for example, but many more things can be done.
I don’t write more about this, I don’t want to give ideas.
The advertising of our products has been very exhaustive, perfectly explaining how the bot works and showing results in its description. In fact, many of our “competitive” suppliers have blatantly copied us in their respective advertising.
The most obvious thing is the following, after a month of asking our question, only one person has benefits with a NordicAlgos bot, but even this person could be NordicAlgos with another email and pseudonym… that’s the internet.
We don’t care, we use our products and we have benefits, which will likely be exponential soon.
They should already be, but they are bullish bots, and we must remember that due to the Russia-Ukraine war there was almost a bear year, it was a practically lost year… but everything comes… and it is coming.
I would like to remind you that the original question was:
Is there anyone making money with any Marketplace bot???
07/06/2024 at 7:15 PM #234863Requests to the Marketplace (not just ours, many forum members made the same request back in the day):
1. Trial periods of one year maximum.
It is understood that they could be trial periods of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months at the supplier’s choice.
2. All suppliers must activate their products and show real profits or losses.
This way you get 2 things:
1. The product is shown to be profitable (assuming it is).
2.The client becomes habitual and not random or casual as has been the case.
Furthermore, if you have used the trial period in real life and have obtained satisfactory results, you trust the provider and as long as the product continues to make money (or at least does not lose it) you will most likely continue renting the product.
I repeat, it is nothing that many of us would not argue in its day, everything else is a mistake.
If this had been done this way from the beginning, I’m sure that right now there wouldn’t even be the 25% of bots that there are now in the Marketplace, it would have been a sieve to avoid scams and losing bots.
But I am sure that there would also be more customers than the current ones operating good products from
good suppliers.
07/06/2024 at 7:32 PM #234864You can see that they are a bit emotional. But I agree with them for the most part. I myself have bought a single product from the marketplace. To this day, this product is offered by a big name on this website. Very highly rated and sold very often. If I had really used it for a longer period of time, I would have been ruined. To this day, it has not earned any money and is only making losses. But it is from a well-known provider where I was actually convinced that it works.
07/06/2024 at 7:36 PM #234865The basis of every business is “good product and loyal customers”, and that is not established from day one, it is established over time…
…and here we have the complete opposite.
And no, it is not because of the name of the product linked to cinema, not because its price was once one euro.
We haven’t even had clients for a long time, the same goes for Nordic and so many other suppliers.
The problem has been caused by the Marketplace itself for all these reasons.
07/06/2024 at 10:00 PM #234869I currently have 2 other bots programmed for a year, and in the testing phase.
They are giving very good results, but I am not going to bother hiding indicators, advertising, showing results, describing and so on… I am clear that no one is going to rent them, they will not even take the trial period.
In a matter of 4 months we will activate them and we will settle for winning ourselves, which is not small.
In my country there is a saying:
“He who covers a lot, packs little” is what has happened to the Marketplace.
