Issues with Late Notifications of Alerts

I have set up several single time frame alerts which notify me too late, with a lag of up to 35 minutes. These alerts have been set up on the 3 minute timeframe and the setting for notification time frame has been tested on both ‘close of current bar’ and ‘Real time’ modes. Any ideas why this is the happening? J

Hello johnbenj, since this can be due to a wide number of factors the best way to determine what is causing this is to send ProRealTime a technical report from Help > Technical support.
