Do not double post. Ask your question only once and only in one forum. All double posts will be deleted anyway so posting the same question multiple times will just be wasting your own time and will not get you an answer any quicker. Double posting just creates confusion in the forums.
Thank you 🙂

What do you mean ‘zoom out’?
Are you selecting 100,000 bars / units or whatever you need??

So least you now know nothing is wrong with your Platform / settings.
Suggest you ask IG and / or PRT … why does RR data only go back to April 21 on < Daily TF ?
Please let us know what you find out.

07/19/2021 at 1:01 AM #17378607/19/2021 at 5:30 AM #173788Answer from PRT does not make sense as on Daily TF on RR we can go back several years so why only to April 21 on Hourly TF on RR?
Also the answer from PRT appears to be a generic statement … “we do not keep the same amount of historical data for every items?”
We wanted PRT to look at Rolls Royce specifically to see if anything is amiss?
If it were me I would ask the same / similar question on the IG Forum on the link I provided above. Title your question as … Lack of Data – Hourly Timeframe Rolls Royce.
Let us know how you get on please.
