    Hi,

Does anyone know how to get rid of the huge large green/white cogs on my charts? I have hit the x button on the right of the cog many times but it is unresponsive? It seems the area of the green rectangle changes size on its own accord for reasons I can’t fathom, luckily it’s now much smaller and narrower now but it was even bigger than the image below, at one point taking up most of the chart:

    Thanks

What resolution is your 50 inch screen set at?

Have the cogs not been there before today??

It’s on the 15″ Macbook, the green boxes seemed to have a mind of their own and change size finally going back to the normal thin size they always are. Unresponsive x button, must mean internet issue? (Not that I saw any problems with other connections). I’m also wondering if this is related to the crashing platform. Some kind of data transfer glitch? I haven’t launched the templates in a while.

Edit: Yes it seems that it is certain templates that are crashing PRT. They worked okay last time I launched them. Not sure how to fix?

It’s been impossible to consistently select other templates from the drop down, it launches templates I haven’t selected.

The template I have now has no file / save / display etc window (all my templates have them, or until now did have them) so how can I change from this template to another which does have a menu?

Do you still have the default PRT Template?

Are you trying to use v10.3 Templates on v11?

    #140039

Default PRT Template will be right down the bottom I reckon?

I’ve decided to sort my Templates out and I found the default at the bottom! 🙂

Pity we can’t export Templates else I could send you one!

Deleted about 20 Templates from long ago!

Feel much better now and my Platform with go much faster (NOT!) with the lighter weight! 🙂

I’m on v11.3 @GraHal, and I haven’t logged in since so I don’t know if the issue is resolved.  Thanks for responding though as I’ve posed questions on here lately about extracting O/H/L/C/V data from PRT in the last month and not had any solutions. I expect everyone is too busy. It’s a pity because it took me a month of sweat to build an Excel master template with O/H/L/C/V and 15 plus indicators with 8,800 rows and about 50 columns! At least it’s ready for RapidMiner now.

Yeah it’s been very quiet on here lately. I’ve taken to reading the non-UK Forums!

I think @Nicolas must be trying to fix an Issue as posts do not show up as unread on the main Forum page.

But the above may lead folks to think there are no new posts and so they close down?

    Hi Bard,

If you sent a report via your platform ( Help –> Technical Support), It could quickly be resolved I think.

    Good luck!

How is your French and Italian coming along GraHal?
I think there are easier ways to learn a new language? Ha ha.

“Quickly resolved” This regrettably has not been my experience with PRT Help, I am sure they are busy with more pressing issues, but thank you for the suggestion @RafaelN.
