Last low in weekly timeframe

  Hello All

  I have question about low function ,

  why in weekly time frame when i ask about : if  low < low[1] ,  its all the time return on screener only the value of the week before the last one , and when i change the timeframe  to daily i got the correct one

  maybe i dont use correctly the function or i don’t understand ?

  please help me
