Linux Mint Probacktest & Automatic trading broken

Hi

Hope this is the right place to post this question

Im running PRT on Linux Mint 19, via IcedTea. I am trying to use the Probacktest & Automatic trading environment as per user manual instruction (by clicking on the plus button on the right in the chart main view header). It opens up fine when I first click it but when I close the window, any subsequent attempt to re-open it fails: I keep clicking the plus icon to open the Probacktest & Automatic trading window but nothing happens. If I quit PRT and start again, then I can open the Probacktest & Automatic trading window again, but I am back to not being able to do anything with it, and if I close it I have to quit just so I can reopen it

Hi, sorry to know about that issue. What Prorealtime version are you using? For that specific issue, I would recommend to send a technical report directly to PRT by using the report tool in the Help section menu of the platform.

In order to allow us to analyze your platform, please send us a technical report following these instructions:
- As soon as you encounter the issue, go to the “Help” menu on the ProRealTime toolbar.
- Please assure that the window concerned by this issue is open.
- Click on “Technical support”
- Choose the category
- Select the concerned window in the drop-down menu.
- Giving as much detail as possible, explain the issue you are having in the text box.
- Click “Send report”
This will send us a report containing technical information concerning your platform, which will allow our technical team to run a diagnostic analysis of the issue you have come across.
