    After this last weekends problems everything seems to be working again except for the fact that the ‘Detailed Report’ has no history of any trades now.

    Hopefully we just need to be patient and PRT will fix this issue but I thought that I would highlight it just in case.

    Monday morning 9 AM I am still missing 97 Systems in Live account which were located in the not running window

    I’ve got still got lots more than the Detailed Reports missing.

    Any comment PRT Support? How can I help you to help me??

    PS  My Detailed Report seems to be intact / all good … despite losing 97 Systems (up to now).

    Now all my Systems have disappeared from my Demo SB Account and all my Templates!

    Everything was good late last night on Demo SB Account.

    Demo SB account back all good again now!

    Still missing 97 Systems from Live SB account!

    Just logged out and back in again on Live SB … no different, still missing 97 Systems.  I sent a Technical Report to IG about 1.5 hours ago.

    That is weird that we all have different problems. I have all my systems including those that have been stopped showing but I have no Detailed Report info at all. This is on my Demo account I have not checked the real one yet.

    OK, I was referring to my real account since I don’t use the demo account at the moment.

    OK – so now this is weird. I was working on the demo platform on a trading idea and suddenly my computer decided to shut down and restart for absolutely no reason at all (insert period of swearing while waiting for laptop to reboot as everything that I had already coded is lost). I then relaunched my demo platform and all my Detailed Report info is back as normal.

    So I will mark this as resolved and advise anyone who has the same problem just to wait until their computer crashes to get it fixed!
