‘Mo data loaded for 10-Year T-Note’

    I am trying to access the 10-year T-Note chart but get the following message ‘No data loaded for 10-Year T-Note (DFB)’. Can someone please explain why i cannot access the data?

    Hello Hucksandholt, this can be due to a number of factors ranging from the type of account you have, to internet connection issues, or a punctual technical issue (try rebooting the platform and/or your computer in this case), etc.

    I am afraid you will not get much help here: the best way to solve this if you still have the issue is to send ProRealTime’s support team a technical report from your platform through Help > Technical support > Data.
