Hello,
I have noticed from time to time that some of my screeners that I have built from the “simplified creation” method are no longer able to be modified. This problem only affects screeners that use more than one timeframe. Why am I able to build them, use them but then not modify them? I’m running v10.3. Is there an explanation for this please? Also why am I unable to export the code?
I am unable to post the code because modify doesn’t work and it won’t let me export either
Thanks

BTW, why are you still using v10.3? What is your broker please?
You should send a technical report through the platform tool (Help menu / Help center / Technical problem).

Yes it is strange, but I am able to modify the single timeframe screeners. Even more strangely I have created a multi time frame screener this morning and was able to modify the screener with no problems, but, as a test, I decided to log off and log in again and that is when the ability to modify the screener is halted.
So its possibly a broker issue? The broker I am with is IG, if it helps.
I really would like this to be resolved if possible, it’s a bit of a headache rewriting the screener each time to refine it.
Regards
Wayne
