Hi, is there a way to understand the capital in the account? I wish to implement risk control in a way such as any one trade  must be no more than 2% and any daily position must not exceed 6%.

    Thanks

I notice that several contributors add the initial position as an initial parameter. Which is acceptable, but not very automated, it means I must update this  daily.

    Hi Nicholas,

i found this thread and also read your Blog about money management. May I know the “StrategyProfit” is only refer to current strategy result or all of the running strategys?

And is there a way to code this equity variable from my IG fund? So I don’t need to change every time when I update my live strategy.

    Br,

Strategyprofit only refer to the current running strategy. There is no way to know your actual broker balancer by code, and strategies don’t share any variables, so you are stuck with manual update into your code I’m afraid.
