MONTH and OPENMONTH returns wrong values

i noticed here https://www.prorealcode.com/topic/date-statement-returns-wrong-value-in-monthly-timeframe that there is an issue in time/date function. today i see that also MONTH ad OPENMONTH, DAY and OPENDAY returns incorrect values and they don’t have, anyway, an equal behaviout in european and usa market (official data not IG data). It’s a big issue.
